Tender documents alongwith details/ specifications of above mentioned items can be obtained from Mechanical Transport Officer PN War College Lahore, at Naval Complex Walton, Askari-V, Gulberg-III, Lahore (Tel: 042-66960131) during the working hours within 15 days of publishing of this advertisement. 3. The Commandant PN War College may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The procuring agency shall upon request communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds. 4.
